Another of my Valentine sketches I colored. I didn’t know what to sketch and someone suggested to draw Niff so I did. Again, I’m still new to this whole illustrating characters thing and I still have a whole lot to learn. Also, again, you wouldn’t recognize the characters if I wouldn’t tell you. If you’re a Gleek you could figure it out based on the blazer and maybe Jeff’s hair but other than that it’s nothing like the original characters. I know that. I hope some day I’ll manage to do so. =)

Anyways, here’s the sketch I finally managed to color.

The following Sketch I made on Valentines Day because I was in the mood and had this idea so I just randomly started sketching. Since I have to learn it anyways I thought it would be a good thing. I’m not entirely pleased with it because whether Curt nor Kim look like they actually do. No one would know who I illustrated if I wouldn’t tell you but I’m still in the very beginning of illustrating characters so it will most probably be a long road until I can manage to actually illustrate a character that LOOKS like the original or where you at least know without me telling you who it is. But for now that’s all I can do.

Curt and Kim are the most adorable couple and I just love them both so much. They are amazing people and if my marriage ever is gonna be just a little bit like theirs I’m gonna be the happiest person in the world. #justsaying

Oh, here’s the Sketch I did and I figured it wouldn’t be a bad thing to try and color it. Result is obviously on top of this post =)

This was supposed to be the original birthday card but I couldn’t print it out professionaly at that moment so I drew it again on a paper with colored pencils and sent this version instead. Also on the pencil version I couldn’t really use the same colors because it simply didn’t work so I had to make a few changes so it fits. This is the first official character I illustrated. I’m still new to all this and I’m currently learning so this is not the best. I know that. I also have to improve with shadows and folds in clothes and stuff. But I had this idea in my head so I wanted to do it whether I succeed or not haha ;)
Also, I cheated and didn’t add the Dalton Crest. Well now on second thought…I should have done it hehe.

Anyways, here’s a photo of the card I sent and the sketch I did before I scanned it to work with it.

I haven’t found out yet if Grant actually got that card but ah well hehe xD

For those who don’t know…Kimberly Whalen is Curt Mega’s wife. And they are the cutest couple ever!

oh and again…hair. I seriously have to take lessons on how to draw hair -.-’

Edit: =)

Curt Mega is the most amazing person in the entire universe and since he had his first solo on Glee this week I thought it’s about time to do this. Dunno if I failed or not but ah well…it won’t be the last drawing of his I’m doing in the next weeks/months ;)

hair btw -.-’

EDIT: I made second place with this drawing

Since I’m trying out new stuff right now I tried to make my first drawing with colored pencils. I think I did ruin a few things since with colored pencils what’s done is done. Eye, mouth, nose, the shading…the usual ;)

Plus, as usual…taking a picture with the camera is not bringing the real thing out of the picture and the scan I did was even worse so yeah xD

This is my first attempt to draw Darren Criss. I’m not totally satisfied but I decided to leave it like that because the more I try to make it better the more I’m goin to ruin it. So yeah… ;)

Plus my camera ruined the left side of the drawing…it’s actually the same darkness as the other side so yeah…my talent of taking pictures xD
